Accepted File Formats
We accept files from most professional design programs, including most Adobe products.
Our preferred file format is PDF.
Other accepted files include: EPS, AI, TIF, and JPG.
All files need to have fonts outlined or flattened and be in CMYK color mode.
We DO NOT accept Microsoft Publisher, Word, Excell, or PowerPoint files.
Files Submitted to us are considered Print Ready and We make the following disclaimer:
A. We assume that you have read and understand our design specifications.
B. No proof is required, it is assumed your file is print ready.
C. All necessary color corrections and type adjustments have been made by you.
D. No changes are required from us.
E. We are not responsible for your typing errors.
F. We are not responsible for color faults or changes resulting from your design errors.
G. Any changes required must be done by you and the corrected file resubmitted.
H. We guarantee the quality of our printing to the extent that we will reprint an order that there is an error directly related to a mistake on our part and ship it, regular UPS, at no cost to the customer. No cash refunds.
I. Due to the limitation of "bulk" printing, which allows us to price our cards as low as we do, we can't guarantee an exact color match on your order.
